Envex AI LLC ("Envex", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at envex.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. Envex Runtime is licensed software that runs entirely on the customer's own hardware: it requires no telemetry, and no model weights, prompts, or inference traffic are transmitted to Envex. Any engagement is governed by a separate licence agreement.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit the benchmark request form on our Site:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Fleet size, accelerator type, and optionally your model family and current inference engine
• Any free-text notes you choose to add to the request

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal data through this Site. The notes field is optional and free-form, so please do not include confidential or sensitive information in it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your benchmark request and scope the engagement
• Send you information about Envex products, updates, and technical results relevant to your role
