These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Envex AI LLC ("Envex", "we", "us", or "our") website at envex.ai (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing and informational website for Envex, an inference optimization software company. Content on the Site is provided for general information only. Product descriptions, features, benchmark results, and capabilities described on the Site are illustrative, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer or warranty.

2. Software Licensing Is Separately Governed

Any licence to Envex Runtime, and any paid benchmark engagement or evaluation use, is subject to a separate agreement between you (or your organisation) and Envex AI LLC, available on request. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the software, and nothing on this Site creates an obligation on Envex to license it to you or to perform a benchmark.

3. Benchmark Requests

You may submit a benchmark request through the form on our Site. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not create any agreement for the provision of services; it is a request that Envex may accept or decline at its discretion.

4. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to it
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or pose a security risk to the Site or other users. Suspension of Site access does not affect any separate licence agreement you may have with Envex for its software.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Envex AI LLC to be effective.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Envex AI LLC with respect to your use of the Site. Any separate licence agreement between you and Envex for its software is a distinct agreement and is not superseded by these Terms.
